My 7-week-old Son Loves The iPhone

My Son Loves The iPhone

As a photographer I have a lot of pictures on my iPhone. It’s a great device to showcase my work, and the pictures I upload to it look amazing on the screen. Sometimes I want to email pictures, but by default the iPhone resizes them to 800 x 600. Not a big deal if you want to just look at them on a computer, cell phone or media device. But if you want to print them, the 800 x 600 size isn’t that great. So how do you e-mail full resolution photos from the iPhone? There’s how…

photo 2First you want to open your Photo Albums and then pick which folder the picture you want is in.

photoFrom there pick the picture you want to email. Once it’s open tap and hold your finger on the picture until “Copy” appears. Once it does, select it. Close out of the picture and open your mail. Create a new email, and inside the body of the text hold your finger down until “Paste” appears. Paste the picture and that’s it. A full resolution picture will be emailed.

A similar method can be used to send multiple high resolution pictures.

photo 3Instead of opening the picture you need to press the icon in the bottom left of your Photo Library. This will bring up the option to “Share” or “Copy”. Select up to 5 pictures and select “Copy”. Then again exit and open your mail. Paste the pictures into your email and that’s it. You’ll be emailing multiple high resolution photos.
