A number of users are again having issue with their iPhone battery. I believe I had problems as well with my second iPhone 3GS but I didn’t have enough time with it to know for sure. The trouble seems to be associated with the 3.1 OS update. Now it appears Apple is asking some users about their experiences and usage habits to try to get to the bottom of the issue.
