It’s been a very busy few days at the Meador’s Musings household. But what better way to get back into the swing of blogging than a new iTablet rumour. This one would indicate the fabled device will be announced in January and be available in early summer – possibly around the same time as a new iPhone. Remember, the 3GS was released in June.

We had been on quite the roll – at least one iTablet rumour a week – that was until last Wednesday’s “it’s only rock and roll” event. With all the iPod Touch no camera talk, the iTablet sort of slid under the radar – that is until today.

We haven’t had a good iTablet rumour in a few days so this one is overdue. According to the Wall Street Journal, since returning from a liver transplant, Steve Jobs has been zeroed in on the famously rumoured iTablet.
Mistake or cover up? That’s the question many iPhone fans are asking about recently released pictures allegedly showing a Rogers memo indicating an 8gb 3GS will be sold soon – or new pictures from the Rogers website showing the 8gb 3GS in the iPhone lineup.

It’s no real secret Apple will unveiling new iPods soon – the company does it every year in time for the holiday season. It’s probably going to happen in September much like last year. What is supposed to be a secret are what changes are being made — but if Cult of Mac has it right, then there really is no secret — both the iPod Touch and Nano are getting cameras.
